Dubai auto parts exporters: where they are and how to check one

Updated

The quick answer

UAE parts exporters cluster in Sharjah's industrial areas and Al Sajaa, Dubai's Ras Al Khor and Deira, and the Jebel Ali Free Zone. The list on this page is a record of shops whose own information says they export, not a ranking or an inspection. Before paying any exporter, look the licence up on an official UAE register, ask for photos or video of the actual part, and use your own forwarder.

Key facts

  • Each shop in the list is there because its own published information, or what it told us, says it exports; none has paid and none has been inspected.
  • Sharjah's economic department said in October 2022 it had organised sites for used auto parts, naming Souq Al Haraj, Industrial Areas 2 to 17 and Al Sajaa.
  • Our Ras Al Khor records put most Dubai parts counters in Industrial Areas 1 and 2, mainly new and aftermarket stock; Al Aweer is the car market.
  • Jebel Ali Free Zone's own page lists 629 or more automotive, spare parts and aftermarket businesses from 70 countries, without giving a date.
  • A UAE licence can be looked up on the National Economic Register or with the issuing economic department; a free-zone company is checked with its free zone.
  • Fraudsters have copied real UAE companies, licence seals included, and asked for payment into new personal accounts (Vietnam's UAE trade office, June 2025).
  • Easy Auto does not ship abroad: your own cargo agent or forwarder collects in Dubai, and a person confirms how to pay on WhatsApp.

UAE parts shops that export

These shops are here because our record of each one lists exporting, sending parts outside the UAE, among what it offers. It is a record of what they told us or published, not a check that they send parts to your country today or of what is on the shelf, and none of them has paid to be here. Ask how the part reaches you, and who handles the export paperwork, before you pay.

What the list on this page is, and what it is not

The shops in the list come from our own directory records. A shop appears when what it told us or published says it exports, meaning it sends parts outside the UAE, among the things it offers. That is a record, not a check: we have not inspected any stock, tested any engine or confirmed that any of them sends parts to your country, none has paid to be here, and the order is not a verdict on quality or price. Each row opens our own listing for the shop, never its own website, and a shop missing from the list may export too.

Where UAE auto parts exporters trade

Used parts and engines are mostly a Sharjah trade. In October 2022 the Sharjah Economic Development Department said it had organised sites for the used auto spare parts activity and for car auctions, with Souq Al Haraj, Industrial Areas 2 to 17 and the Al Sajaa Industrial Area among the places named. Our guide to the Sajaa market and our Sharjah Industrial Area page explain how those districts work for a buyer. Shops move, so confirm an address by call or video before anyone is sent to collect.

Dubai's parts counters sit elsewhere. In our Ras Al Khor records, measured on 31 August 2026, the parts shops are concentrated in Industrial Areas 1 and 2 and sell mainly new and aftermarket stock, while Al Aweer at the far end of the industrial area is the car market. Directory listings also place a cluster of genuine and aftermarket counters around Naif and Nasser Square in Deira.

Jebel Ali Free Zone is a third kind of address. Its own automotive and spare parts page, which carries no date, lists 629 or more businesses from 70 countries. A free-zone company holds its licence from the free zone rather than from an emirate's economic department, so ask which authority issued it and check there.

The kinds of exporter, and what to ask each

An exporter can be a boxed-parts counter, a used yard or an engine specialist, and the right questions differ. Match the question to the kind of shop in the table, then run the licence checks in the next section on every one. For a used engine or gearbox, get the warranty in writing on the invoice, with its length and what it covers; our guides to used engine prices and to half-cut engines in the UAE go through the questions in more detail.

How to check a UAE parts exporter before you pay

Start with the licence. The National Economic Register is a federal platform on the official UAE government portal for looking up economic licences, and each emirate's economic department also runs its own lookup; Dubai's can be searched by trade name or licence number. The official page does not say whether free-zone licences are included, so for a free-zone company ask which free zone issued the licence and check there. Read the activities on it: they should include spare parts trading.

Ask for a tax invoice that shows the business's tax registration number, or TRN. The Federal Tax Authority's website has a public TRN verification tool that checks the number against the registered name. A small business may not be VAT registered, so a missing number is a question to ask, not proof of anything.

A licence copy alone proves little. In June 2025 Vietnam's trade office in the UAE warned of fraudsters who impersonated real UAE companies, showing trade licences with official seals and verifiable office addresses, then asking for payment into newly opened personal accounts. Its advice: be wary of partners who only write emails or refuse video calls, confirm any change of bank details through a second channel, and never pay on emails and scans alone.

Then check the shop itself. Call the number on its Easy Auto listing rather than one that arrives in a message, use the listing's map pin where there is one, ask for a short video of the premises and of the actual part, and prefer to pay a company account whose name matches the licence holder. Apply the same care to any payment request, Easy Auto's included.

The paperwork an exporter should be able to explain

Ask for a commercial invoice and a packing list that match the parts line by line, each line saying whether the part is new or used. In Dubai an exporter files an export declaration through Mirsal 2, the Dubai Customs declaration system, under a customs business code registered as an exporter, and keeps that declaration, the bill of lading or airway bill and a tax invoice with its TRN on file. Settle in writing who files it, the shop or your forwarder, before anything is collected.

Some destinations ask for a certificate of origin, which the International Chamber of Commerce describes as certifying that goods were wholly obtained, produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country. In the UAE the Ministry of Economy and the chambers of commerce issue them, split by product type, and the regulation behind them provides for checking by QR code. Ask your forwarder whether your customs needs one, and the exporter what origin it would show.

If you would rather not choose a shop yourself

Send the part, the part number or the chassis number on WhatsApp and a person replies with a quote drawn from UAE stock and the Sharjah and Dubai parts markets and yards. Your own cargo agent or forwarder collects in Dubai and books the freight. Easy Auto does not ship abroad, name delivery times, set a minimum order or state a payment method on this page; a person confirms how to pay on WhatsApp.

Questions buyers ask

Who are the best auto parts exporters in Dubai?
No page can honestly name one. Easy Auto does not rank shops: the list here is a record of shops whose own information says they export, with no inspection and no payment from them. Judge a shop by its licence, its tax invoice, photos of the actual part and how clearly it answers your questions.
Where is the auto parts export market in the UAE?
Dubai's parts counters cluster in Ras Al Khor's Industrial Areas 1 and 2 and around Naif and Nasser Square in Deira. Used parts and engines are mainly traded in Sharjah's industrial areas and Al Sajaa. Jebel Ali Free Zone hosts a large automotive and spare parts community of its own.
How do I check that a UAE parts supplier is real?
Look the licence up on the National Economic Register or with the economic department that issued it, check the tax registration number on the invoice, ask for a video call showing the premises and the actual part, and confirm that the account you pay belongs to the licence holder. A licence copy alone is not enough.
Do UAE exporters sell used parts and engines?
Yes. Used parts yards and engine exporters are among the kinds of exporter, mostly in Sharjah. Ask for photos or video of the actual part, the donor vehicle where known and a written warranty. A shop selling used stock should confirm in writing that its licence covers used parts.
Will a UAE exporter ship to my door?
Some may and some do not, and the answer belongs on the quote. Easy Auto does not ship abroad. Your own cargo agent or forwarder collects the parts in Dubai and books the freight, and the shipping terms are agreed between you and that agent.
Is a shop on this list safer than one that is not?
No. A shop is listed because its own published information, or what it told us, says it exports. That is not a check that it has the part, sends parts to your country or is honest. Run the same licence, tax number and photo checks on every shop, listed or not.
