Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you create an account (with Google or email) we receive your name and email address. If you join Easy Auto Deals and unlock an offer, we also ask for your mobile number.
• Enquiries and leads. When you contact a business through Easy Auto — a form, WhatsApp button, call button or directions — we record the enquiry details you provide (such as name, phone number and message) and which business it was for.
• Deals activity. If you generate a personal deal code, we record the offer, the code, its status and the communication choices you made at that moment.
• Usage analytics. We use first-party, cookieless analytics with random identifiers stored in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the site and we do not log your enquiry details into analytics events.
• Business information. Listings are compiled from publicly available business information and from businesses that claim and manage their own pages.

• To operate your account and the Easy Auto Deals membership.
• To deliver your enquiry or deal code to the business you chose to contact.
• To measure and improve the site (aggregate analytics).
• To send you marketing (new offers, deals) only if you opted in to that channel — you can withdraw at any time in your Deal Zone preferences.

When you send an enquiry or unlock a deal, we share the details needed to serve you — typically your name, phone number and, for deals, your email — with that specific business only, so they can respond about that enquiry or offer. We show you what will be shared before you unlock a deal. We do not sell your personal information, and viewing a listing or an offer never shares anything.

Service providers that process data for us (hosting, authentication, email delivery, image hosting) act under their own security obligations and only to provide the service.

• Change or withdraw Easy Auto marketing permissions anytime in your Deal Zone preferences. Withdrawal is recorded and honoured across our systems.
• Update your phone number and account details in your dashboard.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal information by contacting us (below). We may retain records we are legally required to keep, and operational records of redeemed offers in anonymised form.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we protect it with access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege systems. Consent choices are stored with the exact wording and time of the choice so we can honour them accurately.

We operate under the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We process data to provide services you request, with your consent for marketing, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the directory.
