Terms of Service

• Listings are compiled from publicly available information and from businesses that claim and manage their pages. Ratings and review counts reflect public Google data at the time shown.
• We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it. Confirm prices, availability and details directly with the business before purchasing.
• Businesses listed on Easy Auto are independent. We are not the provider of their services and are not a party to any transaction between you and a business, unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the service.

• Membership is free. Personal deal codes are for your own use, tied to your account, and valid for the period shown on the code.
• Offers are fulfilled by the participating business, subject to its capacity and the offer terms shown when you generated your code. A generated code is not a booking or a guarantee of availability.
• We may pause, change or withdraw offers; codes already generated keep the terms shown at generation unless those terms state otherwise.
• Abuse — including automated code generation or reselling codes — may result in code cancellation and account suspension.

• You may claim a listing only for a business you own or are authorised to represent. We verify claims and may reverse them if authorisation is disputed.
• Content you submit (descriptions, photos, posts, offers) must be accurate, lawful and yours to use. You grant Easy Auto a licence to display it on the platform and in promotion of it.
• Offers you propose are reviewed before publication and must be genuine — advertised discounts measured against real, normal prices.
• Contact details shared with you through an enquiry or deal unlock may be used to serve that enquiry or offer. Further marketing requires the member's own recorded opt-in.
• Paid visibility services are labelled as such. Easy Auto Scores, awards, certifications and rankings cannot be purchased.

Do not scrape the site, misuse contact details, post misleading content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content and restrict access to protect users and businesses.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Auto is not liable for the acts, omissions, services or products of listed businesses, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
