Mitsubishi Pajero, L200, Lancer and Outlander parts from Dubai for export

Updated

The quick answer

Fleet owners and traders in Kuwait, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt and Georgia can list their Pajero, L200, Lancer, Outlander or ASX parts in one WhatsApp message, and a person prices every new line as genuine, OE-brand or quality aftermarket. The engine decides the line: the 4D56 or 4N15 diesel, the 6G72 or 6G74 V6, or a 4B petrol four. Your own cargo agent collects in Dubai. Mitsubishi trucks have their own page.

Key facts

  • Mitsubishi held 6.9% of Kuwait's 152,879 new vehicles in 2025, and the Outlander was the eighth-best-selling model (Best Selling Cars Blog, February 2026).
  • Wikipedia says the L200 was launched in the GCC markets on 28 May 2024, as a double cab only, in GL, GLX and Sportero trims.
  • The fourth-generation Pajero kept the 3.0 litre 6G72 for the GCC until 2009, then took a 3.5 litre V6 rated 141 kW; global production ended in March 2021.
  • The 4D56 is a 2,477 cc diesel, 91.1 by 95 mm, in the Pajero from 1982; its DI-D versions run from 114 PS to 178 PS.
  • Ghana's 2025 new-car table of 6,523 vehicles had the Mitsubishi L200 on an all-pickup podium behind the Hilux.
  • The fourth-generation Outlander runs Nissan's 2.5 litre PR25DD on the platform of the Nissan Rogue and X-Trail T33, according to Wikipedia.
  • Eleven of 484 sellable foreign phone numbers that wrote to us named Mitsubishi; two of our 97 clear enquiries named Mitsubishi or Fuso.
  • No Mitsubishi prices are printed here; a person prices each line on WhatsApp and names its grade.

Which engine code does your Mitsubishi carry?

The 4D56 is the engine buyers abroad name most. Wikipedia's 4D5 article gives it as 2,477 cc, 91.1 by 95 mm, in a belt-driven diesel family, and lists the Pajero and Delica from the early 1980s and the L200. Its DI-D versions run from 114 PS in the first generation to 136 PS in the DOHC second and 178 PS in the variable-geometry third. Hyundai builds the same engine as the D4BA, D4BX, D4BF and D4BH, so a gasket set may be listed under a Hyundai code.

The Pajero's other diesels are the 4M40, a 2.8 litre turbo from July 1993, and the 4M41, a 3.2 litre DI-D turbo four listed from the third generation. The L200 moved on to the 4N15 in 2015. Wikipedia's 4N1 article gives it as 2,442 cc, 86 by 105.1 mm, 133 kW at 3,500 rpm and 430 N.m, with an aluminium block, in the Triton and L200, the Pajero Sport and the Fiat Fullback. The 4N16 follows at up to 150 kW, in the Triton, the Pajero Sport and the Nissan Navara.

The petrol V6s are the Pajero's heart in the Gulf. The 6G72 is 2,972 cc at 91.1 by 76 mm, the 6G74 is 3,497 cc at 93 by 85.8 mm and the 6G75 is 3,828 cc at 95 by 90 mm. The 6G74 article lists the Pajero from 1993 to 2021 and the Pajero Sport from 1999 to 2011, dates its direct-injection version to April 1997, and says the Pajero's 6G74 was by then sold only in the GCC area. It also lists a 2008 to 2015 Triton with the Middle East among its markets.

Mitsubishi's smaller petrol fours cover the Lancer, Outlander and ASX. The 4B10 is 1.8 litres, the 4B11 is 2.0 and the 4B12 is 2.4. Wikipedia lists the 4B11 in the Lancer and the second-generation Outlander, the 4B12 in the Outlander and the ASX, and the 1.5 litre 4A91 in the ninth-generation Lancer. Which one your car has is a question for the engine plate, because the same badge ran several across the years.

How did the Gulf Pajero change, and why does the year matter?

Wikipedia dates the Pajero from 1982 and gives these generations after the first: V20, V30 and V40 from 1991, V60 and V70 from 1999, and V80 and V90 from September 2006 to March 2021. It says a 1998 facelift with wider fenders was built for General Export and GCC countries, and that the first Pajero was also sold as the Hyundai Galloper in GCC countries. A Gulf Pajero is therefore not always the catalogue model.

The fourth generation changed under the bonnet. The article says the 3.0 litre 6G72 V6 was kept for Japan and the GCC, and that from 2009 the GCC dropped it for a 3.5 litre V6 rated 141 kW. A 2008 Gulf Pajero and a 2010 one can therefore need different engine kits. Japan stopped selling the Pajero in September 2019, and production ended worldwide in March 2021.

The result is a fleet frozen in age, in our reading and not a figure from a source: no Pajero has been built since March 2021, so the ones on the road go on drawing service, brake, suspension, cooling and engine parts. We ask for the engine code, the chassis code on the plate and the build month before pricing a list.

L200 or Triton: which name, which engine, which country?

L200 is the name the sources use for the Gulf launch and for Ghana's table, while Wikipedia files the article under Triton. Wikipedia dates the fourth generation, KA and KB, from 2005 to 2015, the fifth, KJ, KK and KL, from 2014 to 2023 and the sixth from 2023. It says the L200 was launched in the GCC markets on 28 May 2024, as a double cab only, in GL, GLX and Sportero trims. South Africa's Triton launch followed on 19 November 2024.

Engines follow the generation. The fourth lists the 4D56, 4M40, 4M41 and 4G64, and a 6G74 V6; the fifth lists the 4N14, the 4N15 and the 4D56 in variable-geometry and turbo forms; the sixth lists the 4N16 in turbo and twin-turbo form. The Middle East is among the markets the 6G74 article names for a 2008 to 2015 Triton. Which engine your truck has is therefore settled by the generation code and the number on the engine, not by the badge.

Other badges share the truck. Wikipedia says Ram rebadged the fifth generation as the Ram 1200 for the Middle East, from 2016 in one passage and 2017 in another, and that the Fiat Fullback was aimed at Europe and the Middle East from 2015. The new Nissan Navara D27 is the sixth-generation Triton, built in Thailand from December 2025 with the 4N16. A catalogue search under any of these names should be checked against the VIN.

Ghana's 2025 table, in a market of 6,523 new vehicles, put the L200 on an all-pickup podium behind the Hilux. Our notes list the L200 and Pajero among Côte d'Ivoire's working fleet, and the UAE was the first declared supplier of other vehicle parts there in 2023, at 27% of the total. We found no L200 or Triton figure for Kenya or Uganda.

Lancer, Outlander and ASX: which one is on your list?

The Lancer is the car that Egyptian and Gulf lists share. Wikipedia says the eighth generation of 2000 was sold in the Middle East and North Africa as the Lancer Makwa before its facelift and the Lancer Puma after, and that Mitsubishi ended Lancer production worldwide in August 2017 except in Taiwan, which stopped in 2024. Our Egypt notes list the Lancer among staples that Egypt and the Gulf both run, an analyst's reading.

The Outlander has run four generations. Wikipedia lists the second, 2006 to 2012, with the 4B11, the 4B12 and a 3.0 litre 6B31 V6, the third, 2012 to 2024, with the 4J11, 4B12, 4J12 and 6B31, and the fourth, from 2021, with a 1.5 litre 4B40 turbo and Nissan's 2.5 litre PR25DD. The fourth sits on the platform of the Nissan Rogue and X-Trail T33, so Nissan numbers are worth a cross-check. The articles show no Nissan sharing for the earlier generations.

The ASX began in Japan on 17 February 2010 as the RVR. Its first generation carries the 4B10 1.8, and the 4B11 2.0 and 4B12 2.4 that Wikipedia says other markets received from the 2015 model year. The second generation, sold from March 2023, is a rebadged Renault Captur for Europe, so it is not a Mitsubishi-engined car at all. The article does not mention the GCC, so the VIN and engine code come before any ASX quote.

Which countries run these Mitsubishis, and what do they order?

Kuwait is the strongest Gulf signal. Mitsubishi held 6.9% of its 152,879 new vehicles in 2025, behind Toyota's 29.2% and Nissan's 9.0%, and the Outlander was the eighth-best-selling model, behind the Ford Territory in sixth. Our regional reading puts Kuwait on genuine and aftermarket, so genuine and OE-brand lines come first on a Kuwaiti list, with quality aftermarket offered beside them.

West Africa is the L200 and Pajero lane. Ghana's 2025 table had the L200 on its podium, and our notes list the L200 and Pajero among Côte d'Ivoire's working fleet. Both are left-hand-drive markets, so Gulf-specification lamps and body parts fit when the VIN agrees, and filters, brake parts, clutch kits and suspension parts are matched by number. Côte d'Ivoire's FDI and BSC steps are on its own guide.

Georgia counts its cars by make: the Service Agency reported 56,792 Mitsubishis among 1,912,866 registered cars in May 2025, 3.0% of the total. Egypt's Lancer staples are noted above. East Africa's Mitsubishi is mostly the Canter truck, which has its own page. Our Southern Africa notes list the 4D56 and 4N15 among Gulf engine families that may overlap right-hand-drive fleets, marked unverified, so a person checks each match by VIN.

How do genuine, OE-brand and aftermarket Mitsubishi parts compare?

We have measured Dubai prices only for Toyota parts, so this page prints no Mitsubishi price. Every quote line still carries three things: the brand, the number and one of three labels. Genuine carries Mitsubishi's own name. OE-brand carries the name of a firm that also builds parts for carmakers. Quality aftermarket carries an independent brand built to the original's dimensions. Where a line is a budget part, the quote says so in plain words.

Markets want different things. Our regional reading puts the Gulf buyers on genuine and aftermarket, Ghana on quality aftermarket fast movers with genuine for fleets, and Côte d'Ivoire on genuine plus quality aftermarket. Ask for two grades on one line and your agent sees the gap before the order is final. Most buyers leave the choice to us: six in ten of our clear enquiries used no grade word.

A 4D56 service is a good example of a basket. The family is belt driven, according to Wikipedia, so the timing belt, tensioner and water pump are the lines that go together, and the DI-D versions add injector and pump lines that depend on the generation. The articles we read state no timing drive for the V6s or the 4N15, so a person confirms from the engine number before quoting a timing kit.

What should you send, and what should you check before paying?

Send the VIN, the engine number and code, the chassis code on the plate such as V80, KB or KK, the month and year of build and a photograph of the old part with its number. Say whether an L200 is a double cab, because the 2024 Gulf launch was double cab only. Put every Mitsubishi on one list, since a single pad set or one filter is not an order we take. A person replies with brand, number and grade on each line.

Check three things before you pay. The engine: 4D56 or 4M41, 4N15 or 4N16, 6G72 or 6G74. The badge: an L200, a Triton, a Ram 1200 and a Fullback can share a truck. The brand and grade beside every line. Ask for photographs of the parts with their numbers before any money moves, agree the collection in Dubai with your agent, and a person confirms how to pay on WhatsApp.

UAE parts shops that export

These shops are here because our record of each one lists exporting, sending parts outside the UAE, among what it offers, and names Mitsubishi among the makes it covers. It is a record of what they told us or published, not a check that they send parts to your country today or of what is on the shelf, and none of them has paid to be here. Ask how the part reaches you, and who handles the export paperwork, before you pay.

Questions buyers ask

Which engine does the Mitsubishi L200 have?
It depends on the generation. Wikipedia lists the 4D56, 4M40, 4M41 and a 6G74 V6 for the 2005 to 2015 truck, the 4N14, 4N15 and 4D56 for the 2014 to 2023 truck, and the 4N16 for the sixth generation launched in the GCC on 28 May 2024. Send the engine number and VIN, because the badge alone does not settle it.
Is the Mitsubishi 4D56 the same engine as Hyundai's D4BH?
Wikipedia says Hyundai builds the 4D56 as the D4BA and D4BX naturally aspirated and as the D4BF and D4BH turbocharged. Parts for one can therefore be listed under the other's code, but a person matches by engine number and VIN rather than by the code alone, and names the brand and grade on every line.
Did the Gulf Pajero change engines?
Yes. Wikipedia says the fourth-generation Pajero kept the 3.0 litre 6G72 V6 for Japan and the GCC, and that from 2009 the GCC dropped it for a 3.5 litre V6 rated 141 kW. A 2008 and a 2010 Pajero can need different engine kits, so send the build month, the engine code and the VIN.
Does the Mitsubishi Outlander share parts with Nissan?
The fourth generation does. Wikipedia says it is based on the Nissan Rogue and X-Trail T33 and uses Nissan's 2.5 litre PR25DD. The articles show no such sharing for earlier Outlanders. A person checks a Nissan number against your VIN before treating it as a match, and names the grade and brand on the line.
Do you quote parts for the Mitsubishi Lancer?
Yes, matched by engine code and VIN. Mitsubishi ended Lancer production worldwide in August 2017 except in Taiwan, and the eighth generation carried the Makwa and Puma names in the Middle East and North Africa. Tell us the year and engine, since the same Lancer ran the 4G15, 4G18, 4A91, 4B10 and 4B11 across its generations.
Can you quote Fuso Canter truck parts?
Canter trucks have their own page. Wikipedia says the Canter Van sold in the Middle East from 2014 is a Nissan NV350 Urvan, so its lines are quoted from Nissan numbers. Send the VIN or the plate and say whether it is a truck or a van, and a person tells you which list it belongs on.
Do you supply used Pajero or L200 engines?
No, and we do not make exceptions for large orders. We export new genuine, OE-brand and quality aftermarket parts. A Pajero or L200 engine job is quoted from new parts, such as gaskets, pistons and rings, bearings, timing parts and pumps, matched to the engine number. We do not supply used or rebuilt engines, gearboxes or half-cuts.
Which Gulf parts fit an L200 in Ghana or Côte d'Ivoire?
Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire both drive on the right in left-hand-drive vehicles, like the Gulf, so Gulf-specification lamps and body parts can fit when the VIN agrees. Filters, brake parts, clutch kits and suspension parts are matched by number. Send the VIN, the engine number and whether the truck is a double cab.
