About Easy Auto: who we are, for car parts suppliers

Updated

The quick answer

Easy Auto is Easy Auto FZE LLC, trade licence 4421879.01, registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah. Easy Auto (easyauto.ae) sells car parts to UAE drivers and garages on WhatsApp and online, sourcing them from UAE suppliers' stock, and runs a directory of UAE car-parts shops and services. When you send us your stock list, a person reads it, maps it to our columns and loads it into the stock we sell from. Your file and your prices are never published: customers see Easy Auto's price, buy from Easy Auto, and we order the part from you at your price on the terms agreed with you. 18 UAE suppliers work with us as of 3 November 2026.

What Easy Auto does

Easy Auto does two things. It runs easyauto.ae, a directory of UAE car-related businesses with guides to parts, markets and makes, and it runs a parts shop that sells to UAE drivers and garages on WhatsApp and online, from the stock its suppliers hold.

The two halves work together. The directory, 5,076 business pages and the guides around them, is how many visitors find us. In the 28 days to 3 September 2026, those business pages were viewed 9,432 times and their WhatsApp buttons were tapped 898 times. The parts shop is where people buy: customers ask for a part on WhatsApp or the website, we identify the exact part from their car, and we sell it from the stock lists our suppliers send, or source it by asking suppliers when no list holds it.

Stock lists on Easy Auto are for new parts: genuine, OE-brand and aftermarket. A business page in the directory and a stock list in the shop are separate things. A shop can have one, the other or both, and selling stock through us does not change what its directory page shows.

How a customer's request reaches your stock

Customers ask on WhatsApp and on the website, and very few of them give the part number. Of the 1,380 requests through the website and the first WhatsApp bot between 20 July and 1 November 2026, 1,313 arrived without one. So the first job is identification: we work out the exact part from the car, its VIN where we have it, a photo of the old part or its label, and catalogue data.

Only then do we look for it. Every list we hold is searched by the part number and by the genuine numbers each list cross-references, so a supplier whose aftermarket line names the genuine number it replaces is found by a customer who only knows the genuine one. When no list holds the part, our sourcing desk asks suppliers one part at a time, by WhatsApp or phone.

The difference that makes is measurable. Of the 304 part lines customers sent on the shop's WhatsApp between 7 October and 2 November 2026, 10 were found in a list we already held. The other 294 needed messages to suppliers, and 11 of those messages ended as a priced offer. The supplier pages on selling your stock and on how orders work go through both paths in detail.

How a customer's request is handled

  1. 1The customer askson WhatsApp or the website, often with no part number
  2. 2We identify the partfrom the car, the VIN, a photo or catalogue data
  3. 3We search every listby part number and by genuine number
  4. 4If no list holds itthe sourcing desk asks suppliers one by one
  5. 5The customer buysfrom Easy Auto, at Easy Auto's price
  6. 6We order the partfrom the supplier, at the supplier's price
The customer deals with Easy Auto at every step. A supplier hears from us at the last one, or at the fourth when it holds no list.

What happens to your stock list and your data

Your file goes to Easy Auto's team, not to the public. A person checks it, maps your columns to ours once, and loads it into the stock we sell from. Every request we receive is then checked against it. Customers see Easy Auto's price, which our pricing rules set from yours; they never see your price list or which supplier a part comes from.

Your file is used to sell your stock through Easy Auto. It is not shared with other suppliers or customers, and the only thing ever published from it is a total across all suppliers, such as how many lines we hold. The table sets out each thing you send and what becomes of it.

Nothing is quietly thrown away either. A line that cannot be sold safely is set aside rather than deleted, and a part that drops out of a later file is marked unavailable, not removed, so it returns when it reappears. A list sent by hand that is not refreshed for 30 days has its prices shown as stale, and they are not sold online until a fresh file arrives.

Who we work with

As of 3 November 2026, 18 UAE suppliers work with Easy Auto. 7 send stock files, from trade counters to importers with large books, holding 91,328 current lines across 292 brands between them. The other 11 are asked part by part, by WhatsApp or phone, when a customer wants something they hold.

The files differ widely in size. The smallest we load holds 171 lines and the largest 29,672, and both are read the same way, through a mapping saved for each supplier. 5,775 of the lines came without prices and are kept as ask-first: when a customer wants one of those parts, the supplier who sent them is asked first.

The sourcing desk asks more widely than the suppliers with an arrangement. Between 7 October and 2 November 2026 its part-by-part messages went to 52 UAE suppliers.

We do not publish which suppliers we work with, and we do not tell customers which supplier a part comes from. A supplier who works with us is described on our pages only as part of a count.

How we work with suppliers

Before your first order we agree, with you, how orders reach you, collection or delivery, any minimum order, the price basis, invoicing, payment and returns. Those terms are recorded with your account on our side, and every order follows them. When a customer buys one of your parts, we order it from you at your price, naming the part number, brand, quantity and the location it comes from.

Customers deal only with Easy Auto. Their questions, payment, delivery updates and after-sales are ours to handle, so you deal with one buyer. We record for each supplier how orders are confirmed, and there is no paid placement in the shop today.

This page states no fee, commission or payment period. Those are terms, and terms are agreed with each supplier before the first order, in a conversation with a person, not set by a form.

Demand so far

The request counts on these pages start on 20 July 2026. Through the website and the first WhatsApp bot they came to 420 in August and 683 in September. From 7 October WhatsApp requests went to the shop and are counted there instead. On the shop's WhatsApp, 287 requests carrying 304 part lines arrived between 7 October and 2 November 2026.

The requests came from every emirate: Dubai 403, Abu Dhabi 281 and Sharjah 213 at the top, with Al Ain counted apart from Abu Dhabi. These are requests, not sales, and past counts say nothing certain about what any one supplier's list will sell. The page on what UAE customers ask for breaks them down by make, emirate and system.

How to check us before you send anything

You should not send a stock list to a business you cannot check. First, compare the company details on this page with those on any receipt or email you receive from us: the legal name, the trade licence number and the address are the same everywhere. Second, write to the contact address before you send a file, if you would rather start with a question.

Third, look at the two websites: the directory at easyauto.ae and the parts shop at the shop address in the table. Fourth, notice what sending a list asks of you: a business name, a WhatsApp number or an email, and the file, with no account, no sign-up and no card. Fifth, remember that nothing goes live until a person has contacted you, so you can settle every question about terms before anything goes live.

If you want to start small, send part of your stock first. A short list goes through exactly the same checks, mapping and conversation as a long one.

The law that applies to you once your parts are being sold

This section covers some of the duties a supplier meets once its stock is being sold: what goes on an invoice, what to do if goods are recalled or found to be counterfeit, and what a distributor owes on warranties. We read each rule on 4 November 2026 on the UAE Legislation Portal and on the authorities' own pages; where the portal's English and the Arabic text differ, the Arabic prevails. The page on selling your stock covers the rest: counterfeit offences, conformity certificates, VAT registration and the trade licence activity.

If you are VAT registered, Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 requires you to issue an original tax invoice for every taxable sale and deliver it to the buyer, and a full tax invoice must be issued within 14 days of the date of supply. Under the VAT Executive Regulations, Cabinet Resolution No. 52 of 2017, a full tax invoice shows the buyer's details and tax number if the buyer is registered, and for each line the unit price, the quantity, the VAT rate and the amount payable in dirhams. If you price in US dollars or euros, the law converts the amounts to dirhams at the Central Bank rate on the date of supply, and the Federal Tax Authority says the invoice must show the VAT in dirhams and the exchange rate used, with VAT rounded to the nearest fils line by line. That is the same ground we cover before your first order, when we ask whether your prices include VAT, for your tax registration number if you have one, and which currency you price in.

National e-invoicing changes the format, not the duty. Under Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, a business with revenue under AED 50 million must appoint an accredited service provider by 31 March 2027 and invoice through the system by 1 July 2027; Ministerial Decision No. 66 of 2026 set 30 October 2026 and 1 January 2027 for businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more. Sales to private individuals are outside the system until the Minister decides otherwise, but sales to garages and other businesses are in scope. The Ministry of Finance says a PDF, a Word file, a scan, an image or an email is not an e-invoice.

Recalls and counterfeits carry deadlines measured in hours. Under Cabinet Resolution No. 107 of 2026, the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2023 on Anti-Commercial Fraud, in force since 13 August 2026, a supplier notified by the authority that goods are fraudulent, corrupt or counterfeit must stop selling them at once and, within 24 hours, withdraw them and tell everyone it supplied. A withdrawal announcement in Arabic and English must follow within 48 hours, and a withdrawal report within five working days. The decree-law itself obliges a seller to refund or exchange such goods for a buyer acting in good faith, and to show its commercial books and invoices to the authorities when asked; the person actually managing a company can face the same penalty if they knew of an offence and did not act.

Defects and warranties have their own rules. Under Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, the Executive Regulations of the consumer protection law, a defect that affects safety must be reported to the authority and to consumers immediately and within 24 hours, other defects needing a recall within 7 days, and goods withdrawn or returned because of a discovered defect may not be resold or displayed on online sales platforms. A seller must honour the warranty for the period the manufacturer or commercial agent sets, and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 requires a commercial agent or distributor to honour every warranty the producer or agent gives for goods under the agency, lending the buyer a similar item free of charge if a warranty job takes more than 7 days.

This section is a summary of the law for orientation, not legal or tax advice: check it against Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 and the Federal Tax Authority's guidance, Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2023 with Cabinet Resolution No. 107 of 2026, and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 with Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023.

Getting in touch, and what to expect

The quickest start is to send your stock list through the upload form: a business name, a WhatsApp number or an email, and the file. You do not need an account. A person at Easy Auto checks the file, and then contacts you to go through it: which columns are which, how often it changes, and the terms for your first order. Nothing goes live until that conversation has happened, so you always know what is listed and on what terms.

If you would rather talk first, email hello@easyauto.ae with your business name and what you stock. Suppliers that hold only a few lines are as welcome as importers with large books; a short list of the right parts can answer requests no other list does.

Questions suppliers ask

Is Easy Auto a registered company?
Yes. Easy Auto FZE LLC, trade licence 4421879.01, registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah.
Where is Easy Auto based?
In Sharjah: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah. Customer requests come from all seven emirates.
Is it safe to send Easy Auto my stock list?
Your file goes to Easy Auto's team only. It is used to sell your stock through Easy Auto, is never published, and is not shared with other suppliers or customers; only totals across all suppliers are ever published.
Will customers see my prices?
No. Customers see Easy Auto's price, set from yours, and buy from Easy Auto.
Does Easy Auto buy the parts or just pass on customers?
Easy Auto sells to the customer and orders the part from you at your price. The customer pays Easy Auto; you deal only with us.
How do I contact Easy Auto?
By email at hello@easyauto.ae, or by sending your stock list through the upload form, after which a person contacts you.
Which suppliers does Easy Auto work with?
We do not publish their names. As of 3 November 2026, 18 UAE suppliers work with us: 7 send stock files and 11 answer part-by-part messages.
Will my shop's name be shown to customers?
Not for the parts we sell from your list. Customers buy from Easy Auto and do not see which supplier a part comes from. A business page in the Easy Auto directory, if you have one, is separate.
Are the directory and the parts shop the same thing?
No. The directory at easyauto.ae lists UAE car-related businesses; the parts shop at shop.easyauto.ae sells parts from suppliers' stock. Sending a stock list puts your parts in the shop and does not change a directory page.
Does Easy Auto take used parts on stock lists?
No. Stock lists are for new parts: genuine, OE-brand and aftermarket. Lines marked used are set aside when a file loads.
Who deals with a customer's complaint or return?
Easy Auto does. Customers deal only with us, from the first question to after-sales. Whether a returned part comes back to you, and within what window, is part of the terms agreed with you before the first order.
Are the terms I agree written down?
Yes. The terms agreed before your first order are recorded with your account on our side, and every order follows them.
Does Easy Auto charge suppliers to be listed?
This page states no fee. Terms are agreed with each supplier before the first order, and there is no paid placement in the shop today.
What must my tax invoice show if I am VAT registered?
Under the VAT Executive Regulations, Cabinet Resolution No. 52 of 2017, a full tax invoice shows the buyer's details and tax number if the buyer is registered, and for each line the unit price, the quantity, the VAT rate and the amount payable in dirhams. It must be issued within 14 days of the date of supply. This is a summary for orientation, not tax advice.
What does Easy Auto publish about its suppliers?
Totals only, across all suppliers: how many there are, how many lines they hold between them, how many brands. No supplier's name, file or prices are published.
