What the price does — and doesn't — include
A quoted engine price normally covers the long block or complete engine as pulled, with whatever accessories the yard states. It usually does NOT include: fitting (AED 800–2,500 independent labour), fresh fluids and filters, the timing service many buyers wisely do while the engine is out, or peripheral parts like engine mounts that are cheap now and expensive later.
